“I wanted to take this opportunity to commend you and your excellent staff. On the day our pump failed and we contacted your office, we received a trouble shoot by Trent that afternoon. He ran tests, checked equipment, deduced the problem, and said he’d phone me with an estimate within an hour. He did. He also assured me that although it would take some schedule shuffling, he’d have a crew up the next day. He did.

We appreciate the seriousness and the priority with which your company treated our situation. The noted age of the failed system (21 years) is testament to the quality of your workmanship and perhaps a little luck beating the statistical odds. Nonetheless, McGhee’s Well Drilling will remain our first choice and our only recommendation to any we speak to regarding such services.”
